Meet Your Coach, Trish Collyer

After wasting WAY too much time drowning in my never-ending To-Do list, noticing the lack of joy and happiness in my everyday life - I realized impatience, irritability and a muffin top had quickly taken over. I said to myself, "This isn't the life I thought I would have - this isn't the person I want to be." And in that moment, I decided to choose a different path -to take steps to repair, refresh and renew my life.

Armed with the knowledge gained and certifications in the areas of holistic health, nutrition, brain health, psychology and the science of behavior change along with experiences and lessons learned from my own journey, I'm here as your wellness transformation coach to guide you - step by step - as you create change within yourself to achieve your goals without overwhelm, guilt or shame.
